Every bride wants to look and feel fabulous on her wedding day and now I am helping a group of blushing, and very busy, brides-to-be make that wish a reality.
The program is for three to four months, 3 to 5 days a week, half hour to one hour long sessions. The programs are designed and implemented by a certified personal fitness trainer and a certified wellness coach.

Most of the brides usually set out to lose an average of 20 pounds, and all have problem areas to focus on, as well as various unhealthy eating habits to break.
The Brides to be undergo a complete comprehensive wellness profile, health and fitness history, evaluations, and testing. A healthy regimen of weight training, aerobics, flexibility, and other cardiovascular activity, as well as nutritional counseling is designed to help them meet their specific goals.
Each half hour to hour-long session personally trains two- four brides-to-be through their training and documents their transformation into the brides they have always dreamed of becoming.
