Free Day of Wedding Coordinator for 4 brides!
My name is Monica, and I am opening up a event planning company in Beeville, Texas. Weddings are my forte, and I am looking to build up my portfolio and skills as a wedding planner.

What does this include?
*-An initial meeting for you to let me know all about your wedding, wedding vendors, and wedding party. This will also be the meeting where you let me know what you need me to do on your actual wedding day.
*-I will attend/coordinate your wedding rehearsal if you are having one.
*-I will call/e-mail all wedding vendors to make sure everything is good to go for your wedding day. I will call/e-mail them about 3 days before your wedding day.
*-I will be available from 10 am through midnight on your actual wedding date, and I will be the main contact with all your wedding vendors so you do not have to be chasing them down or calling them. I can help decorate, help call people, etc. Think of me as your personal wedding day assistant.
*-I also include unlimited e-mails and phone calls to me if you have a panic attack. :o)
I am offering this absolutely free! All I need/want in return is to be able to use you as a reference and to be able to show your wedding in my portfolio whether it be online or in a photo album. The last thing is your wedding must be between September 15th, 2008 and December 1st, 2008.
I do ask if your event is over 30 miles from Beeville that I receive a gas stipend of $25 per trip to cover my gas costs. This has to be paid via PayPal prior to me driving to visit you. If you would prefer to do the consult over e-mail, that is fine. I am also in Corpus every Friday, and would not charge $25 for gas if we met that day.
Lastly, I am also a graphic designer and can help design your wedding favors, out of town boxes, invitations, etc. in addition to offering advice/services on wedding decor.
